Our national call centre currently operates 24/7, with the 1300 number. Being able to establish a designated venue, with split shifts to man the call centre is taking the pressure off our counsellors, enabling them to concentrate on the clients.
NSW Government announced $500,000 has been allocated for a NSW 24 Crisis line for the transport industry and Trans-Help has been recommended as the official provider. We are currently awaiting development on this.
