In May, 2009 the Trans-Help Foundation purchased the facility formerly known as “Hillside Haven” in Tarcutta, which will be our National Head Office, National Call Centre, Training Facility and Respite for injured drivers and effected families.
With the increasing demand for the services provided by the Trans-Help Foundation, the need for a National Office is required to ensure that the operations can continue to be maintained and increase at the most professional level.
Centering our National Office in Tarcutta is ideal for our organisation as it is the most pinnacle transport place within Australia. It is easily accessible and midway between Sydney & Melbourne on route of one of the major transport corridors and in close proximity to other major transport corridor routes.
Tarcutta has been chosen as the ideal town for the National Office, as the wider community is acceptable of the Transport industry and it would attract voluntary personnel, whilst also providing a diverse range of opportunities for the wider community.
Our National operations are now managed from our new facility in Tarcutta. The complex was purchased to enable us to implement various services beneficial to the health and well-being of the transport industry. The bonus has been that we could run the administration side of the foundation within the building.
