Welcome

The Trans-Help Foundation offers support to Australian transport drivers and their families when in need.

The side effects of the transport industry can lead to depression, anxiety, health issues and sadly even suicides. We are here to assists those who are suffering from hardship, tragedy and trauma.

Some may think the Trans-Help Foundation is not needed, but these cold hard facts prove why we are:

  • Each year over 3000 families suffer following transport accidents which have resulted in injuries or fatalities.

  • Many families are missing out on death benefits, simply because nobody cared to advise them of their entitlements. Our information has assisted families gain over $2 million in entitlements, they never knew they were eligible for and would have simply missed out because they weren't informed.

  • One in five transport drivers suffer depression.

  • In February 2007 twenty-two kids now don't have a dad and nine people have lost their partners... these are stats for cases we have dealt with, but we know there are more!

If there is a day when you find you are in need, support will be there for you too.

We have both men and women answering callers, so if you feel uncomfortable talking to the person who answers, please ask for someone else to call you back.

Make a donation to help us to assist those in need within our industry.
